Tom Day of the USPS reported at the February MTAC (Mailers Technical Advisory Committee) meeting that they’ve scanned over five billion Full-Service Intelligent Mail barcode scans. The volume trajectory has been in the shape of a hockey stick! Although PostalOne! recently has had several outages that present operational issues to mailers, this volume is a significant accomplishment given the complexity in Full-Service IMb.
