The service is available to users with any volume requirement on demand, and is sold through authorized CharacTell resellers.
To take advantage of the new service users upload images of their scanned invoices to a server in the cloud where they are automatically processed. Users may verify the data themselves, or request 3rd party verification, and receive the data export files as if it was generated by software installed on computers in their premises. The service requires no setup, and can be used as ‘stand-alone’ or integrated into AP, workflow, or ERP systems.
