Plans are underway for our first-ever regional seminar. We feel there is a bit of a face-to-face communication gap especially for today's "time-starved" mail center manager. So we, at Mailing Systems Technology, have built an event that doesn't call for a multi-day, expensive travel commitment. One that fits into your schedule. And especially one that offers a more intimate, "personal" informational exchange a venue to network, learn and discuss the latest issues and trends facing mail managers.

The day's topic: M3 (Modern Model of Mail). Mail is being redefined. And so will your role as mail manager. Want to know how mail will fit into the multi-media mix of communicating with your customers? Want to know how to get the attention of executives to show them how your company can profit through new mail services and technology? Want to ensure you place in you company's communication strategy? Want to know how to shift your operation and your staff to handle tomorrow's responsibilities? This is the only mailing event that will help take you into your future.

We are pleased to announce a panel of forward-thinking experts. Winnie Clark, Vice President of Retail Markets at Harte-Hanks, works with a diverse group of retail clients providing expertise in all aspects of direct, database and interactive marketing. Among client relationships she manages are Best Buy, Disney Stores and The Children's Place. Through her expertise, Winnie will illustrate "how to get invited to the table," profiling how mail center managers can get involved in the decision-making process at a corporate level before the mailpieces are designed. From her very unique perspective, Winnie will also talk about the reality of mail in our multi-media world. Yes, it will have a role, but find out just what it will be.

We are thrilled to have Mark Taylor also join the roundtable. Mark has decades of experience consulting thousands of organizations, including Unisys, Ford, General Electric, the United States Postal Service, DHL and Standard Register Corporation. Through his expertise in life-coaching and his work in mailing and shipping operations, Mark will bring a unique perspective to M3. He will help you as a manager face the challenges of the changes we face. Mark is founder of Taylor Engineering Systems.

And you'll get a chance to meet Editor Dan O'Rourke, who will host the event. Also watch for our upcoming announcement on other panel members.

M3 is an event you can not afford to miss. Your future depends on it. The future of your operation depends on it.

Seating is very limited, since we want to make sure this is truly a roundtable of peer-to-peer discussions and learning. As a bonus for registering, you will be given a FREE exhibit hall pass (value of $50) to our sister publication's annual event, the PARCEL forum, also being held at the same location, on the same day. If you would like more information on the M3 event, just fill out the form and we will send you updates and registration information as they become available.
