Entering fourth quarter 2009 and the first quarter of 2010, participants and providers of the direct mailing industry find ourselves smack in the middle of a muddled mess. It is hard to know where to place our attention and even harder to know what issues require the allocations of our ever-diminishing financial resources. The economy has taken its toll on everyone and now, as we slowly begin to turn the corner and head toward recovery, we need to proceed forward with a new resolve to minimize our companyâ¬s financial risk from a postal perspective.
