The event is being held June 12-16 at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center in Buffalo, New York.


Chevalier and Bellows’ presentation, Outsourcing & Business Resiliency Planning – Why In-Plants Should Always be Planning Ahead, is scheduled for Thursday, June 16 at 1:45 p.m. ET. The session will cover why in-plant managers should continually examine their operations and evaluate processes to ensure they are anticipating and addressing future opportunities. They will also discuss how in-plants can gain a competitive advantage by bringing more value to their business partners.


Chevalier’s more than 30 years of experience in the print and mail industry gives him the expertise to address the topic in depth. Chevalier leverages his background in the warm disaster recovery/business continuity environment to bring value to Madison Advisors and its clients.


Bellows manages Mutual of Omaha’s custom print team and transactional print and mail team. Bellows’ favorite thing about the industry is that print and mail require continuous education and the willingness to change. She draws on more than 25 years of experience in leadership development, client services/management and non-profit print-to-mail campaigns.
