Application software includes products for document design and printing, postal discounting, merge/purge, list/mail management and an NCOALink interface solution for change of address processing. Anchor's document design software eliminates the need for custom programming and provides personalization, proofing and e-mail production along with the ability to drive high-speed laser and inkjet printers. Anchor Services include NCOALink and postal processing, database building and maintenance and list enhancement processing of business and consumer lists. Anchor is a non-exclusive licensee of the USPS for NCOALink, DSF2 and LACSLink.
