Commenting before the Postal Regulatory Commission regarding the R2006 BOG remand, the U.S. Postal Service recommends reducing the rate on minimum-per-piece rated pieces and the rate for piece/pound rated flats by .03 cents per piece and raising automated and nonautomated machineable letters by .007 cents per piece.  The USPS says these changes would be revenue neutral.
