An automatic shipment of Notice 3-S, First-Class Mail Shape-Based Pricing Template, is on its way to you. All POS, IRT and manual offices, including Contract Postal Units and Approved Shippers, are on the distribution list.

With the holiday mailing season quickly approaching, this useful tool provides a quick, easy way to measure the size and thickness of First-Class Mail.  It also helps determine when the nonmachinable surcharge may apply to First-Class Mail letters such as greeting cards.
