Federal News Radio--For months we've been hearing that the Postal Service would be able to improve its bottom line if only it changed its prefunding levels for pensions and retiree health benefits. The Inspector General for USPS has taken the initiative and conducted a review to see for themselves. The office looked at public and private sector benefits and has just released its findings.
