IWCO Direct--The USPS Office of the Inspector General recently released a report highlighting survey findings that the adoption of the Full-Service Intelligent Mail barcode (IMb) is hindered by the high cost of implementation, along with a perceived lack of value.

The requirement to use IMb to receive automation discounts goes into effect May 2011.
