The Bethlehem facilities have been ISO 90001 certified since 2006. Certification to the new 2008 version of the ISO standard validates the process approach developed and implemented by BBH that improves the effectiveness of the quality management system to enhance customer satisfaction.

BBH Bethlehem Services includes two facilities: Product Reconditioning Services (PRS), specializing in the design, manufacture and remanufacture of mail processing equipment; and Business Continuity Production Services (BCPS), which provides disaster recovery and document processing services for the financial, insurance, utility, state and federal government vertical markets.

ISO 9001:2008 (the most recent version of the certification standard) is internationally recognized for promoting a process approach to improving the effectiveness of a Quality Management System, enhancing customer satisfaction, and meeting customer requirements. Certification indicates independent verification that BBH Bethlehem Services meets the requirements of the standard. The assessments look at the process that a company uses to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

The BBH Bethlehem Services certificate (#10000122) was issued by UL DQS Inc., one of the most recognized, reputable ISO assessment providers in the world. UL DQS granted the registration upon BBH Bethlehem Services' successful completion of a series of quality system assessments applying the Plan - Do - Check - Act, or PDCA, cycle approach.
