Postcom.org--e USPS on November 23, 2010, held a webinar with PostCom and others to air its draft proposals for folded self-mailer designs [slides] based on the results of its testing. The proposed formats are contained in the USPS' presentation slides, as well as charts comparing the specifications for each format to today's DMM requirements as well as those determined by the USPS in its Lean Six Sigma analysis of the test results. The USPS is recommending broader specifications that the Lean Six Sigma results, however, which are shown in the rightmost column of the presentation charts.
The USPS wants feedback on the proposed formats and specifications by December 6 sent to Craig Vance at 202-268-7595 or via email at gaylon.c.vance@usps.gov. The feedback will be used to craft the proposed rules the USPS will publish in early 2011 in the Federal Register for comment.

What method of presenting the self-mailer formats in the DMM is most effective (e.g. similar to booklets are example illustrations by category beneficial)? 3.
