You are receiving this message as information regarding an issue between the PostalOne! system and Full-Service processing that prevented customers from receiving Full-Service ACS records from October 11, 2011 through October 17, 2011. As soon as the issue was discovered, measures were taken to identify and resolve the issue. Users should be able to log in tomorrow (October 19) and query for all data from the missing dates using a create date of 10/17 to search for these records. Monitoring procedures have been implemented to recognize and rectify this scenario sooner. Analysis is also being done to determine if additional validations are needed for prevention.
