Stern as President, reporting to CEO George Marton, effective immediately. In addition, the company has formed the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, comprised of CEO Marton, President Stern, and Chief Operating Officer John Tarascio. Stern, former CEO of National Envelope and Central Lewmar, will be based at the company's headquarters in Durham, NC.
