Neopost has been selected by the operator to be a development partner for Royal Mail Tracked and Royal Mail Tracked Next Day.
Customers access the tracked services through a new despatch management system, Despatch Manager Online (DMO). DMO - developed with the help of Neopost - is fully integrated with Royal Mail systems including billing and the track and trace database. Read more!
