We listened to your recommendations and created a brand-new version of last year's highly-rated workshop for election mailers.
This year's workshop promises to be a comprehensive "how to" clinic designed to meet the unique mailing needs of Election Officials. Learn new tactics to help you save money, ensure successful mailings and keep registration files updated. Topics include; solutions for mailpiece design, selecting the best mail-class, and addressing for optimal performance. As an added bonus feature, Bill Cowles, Supervisor of Elections Orange County, Florida, will share valuable "Best Practices" from across the nation.
Consultation: Tips, Tools & Tactics for Successful Election Mailings
In addition to the Election Official's workshop, postal representatives will be available for one-on-one consultation to answer your specific questions about preparing and sending election-related mail. During your consultation, you can discuss planning, designing, addressing Election Mail, working with your local Post Office, the Election Official's website, eligibility for standard and non-profit rates, or the U.S. Postal Service Election Mail training program . . . the sky is the limit!
National Postal Forum
At the National Postal Forum, there will be over 150 additional workshops and symposiums. For example, if the accuracy of your address list is critical to your success, you can attend 11 different Address Quality Excellence workshops! Or, if you want to know more about the new rates and privacy issues impacting non-profit mailers, there are workshops on these topics too.
