"W+D is the leading supplier of high performance technology for envelope inserting, converting, and overprinting," said Andy Schipke, Vice President Marketing and Sales of W+D North America. "The new multi-product feeding capabilities of the 234 allows mailers to add new products to their portfolio such as door hangers, tags, table tent promotions, and business stationary." Schipke adds, "The ability to cost efficiently produce all these, including a full range of envelope sizes from one device, can significantly enhance a shops overall productivity and profits."

The W+D 234 dL has an integrated RIP that allows printing of static and variable images. All industry standard file formats are supported. The press handles stock sizes from 3.5" x 4.5" to 10" x 13" and supports thickness from 16 to 90lb. The 234 dL's 8.66" inkjet head prints on coated, uncoated and other specialty stocks.
Shaun Kilfoyle President of W+D North America comments, "We are excited to be bringing the 234 dL to Print 2013. In addition to envelope overprinters we invite any in-plant or commercial shop with a need to produce envelopes and complimentary business products to our booth for a demonstration.
