InfoSeal has introduced a patent pending product called FastTabps. It is an improvement on the standard Pressure Seal self mailer document. Borrowing from InfoSeal's long experience with its FastTab multi-ply mailers, the FastTab zipper strip method of opening a document has been incorporated into a pressure seal self-mailer.
Pressure seal mailers are a highly cost effective means of processing one page mail. InfoSeal sees increased benefits of postal savings under the new Postal regulations and as an alternative to some types of inserted mail. However, a pressure seal form is sometimes considered difficult to handle by the mail recipient as it requires the removal of up to three perforated stubs for opening.
The FastTabps product allows the mail recipient to open the mail document with a single tear strip. In addition, the internal document becomes a free insert when the form is opened. Suitable for standard transaction documents and check/voucher applications, FastTabps offers a unique format for direct mail. The product is compatible with roll fed and cut sheet laser printers, available offset pre-printed or blank. Blank versions are compatible with sheet-fed digital color printers. FastTabps can be folded and sealed using standard commercial folding equipment or with a pressure seal folder/sealer.
The patent pending FastTabps from InfoSeal is a new and improved Pressure Seal self mailer.
