Window Book Postal Concierge--On June 10, 2013, the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) approved the request by the United States Postal Service® (USPS®) to offer the Technology Credit Promotion. However, the PRC did not accept the price cap treatment proposed by the USPS, which essentially made the tech credit a sort of "loan."
