Woburn, MA – January 22, 2025
RISO, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of a new feature that will streamline the process for accurately pricing out printing jobs.

Beginning in January 2025, RISO Inc.’s VALEZUS printer line and its ComColor GL and ComColor FT series will have the additional feature of an Ink Cost Calculator built into its hardware. This feature will take a scanned or uploaded document, analyze its ink coverage, and supply a print cost per page based on ink usage. This will allow plant managers and shift supervisors to more accurately determine print costs, estimate print jobs, and price jobs competitively.

Previously, these computations had to be determined on an online color calculator on the RISO website. This feature now allows easier access to these calculations, and walk-up ease at the printer itself.
