The U.S. Postal Service is advising mailers of impacts to shipping services due to a chemical spill at the Memphis, TN FedEx hub. Mailers may see delays in packages due to limited air shipping capability during the recovery efforts. Priority Mail Express (PME) service guarantee suspension for all PME shipments will be in effect from 13:00 EST Friday February 27, 2026, until 00:01 EST Tuesday March 03, 2026. Any updates to the suspension and package delays will be provided as FedEx works through the recovery efforts and provides updates.
