WHAT: Pitney Bowes Inc. will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by employees and customers to commemorate the opening of its new mail services facility in Grand Prairie, Texas. After the ceremony, Pitney Bowes and VIPs will join customers to explore the new space.

WHY: Pitney Bowes's new mail presorting facility, which enables customers to receive significant postage discounts on letters and flats, will presort more than 1.6 billion pieces of First-Class letter mail per year. The new site replaces the Company's former facility nearby that was destroyed in a February fire that started at an adjoining business. The new 161,000 square-foot-center employs approximately 400 people.
