Postcom once again is presenting a running summary of testimony at today's PRC hearing on the USPS's exigency rate request. Today's first witness was Frank Neri, who discussed the USPS "Flats Strategy".
Among the highlights of Neri's testimony, according to Postcom:
--The USPS has no projections on savings for FY2011 that will come from its FSS program.
