Phillips is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the BCC Customer Services division, including the Customer Support, Professional Services and Data Services departments; and initiating activities that are aimed at meeting BCC's strategic objectives. The position is part of the BCC Executive Team, and plays an active role in the development of strategic objectives to ensure BCC provides outstanding services to internal and external customers.

Phillips earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language & Literature from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and holds several PC and Data Certifications. His previous role was Director of Customer Operations for Ventraq, Inc., in Rochester, NY.
