The RIBBS® application was disabled by the Postal Service on Friday, April 15, and we anticipate it will remain inoperable until Thursday, April 21. We have determined that an extensive restoration process is required to recreate the RIBBS software and hardware platforms. We are implementing contingency processes to send data to users on physical media. Users will be contacted by the respective program help desks with additional information.
