Neopost USA has acquired Rena Systems, Inc., a leading provider of tabletop inkjet address printers for professional mailers. The acquisition was completed on Monday, July 6. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
As a result of Neopost USA's acquisition, both companies will join forces to create a new Addressing Solutions Competency Center in Oaks, PA. This new facility will focus on growing the Neopost, Hasler and Rena brands' addressing solutions business. The new Addressing Solutions Competency Center will be fully dedicated to supporting the Neopost USA and Rena networks of branches and dealers. Rena products are marketed through a national distribution organization of nearly 200 authorized dealers. Rena President Nick von der Wense will lead the Addressing Solutions Competency Center.
