With the PostalOne! release on 10/28, an issue was identified that affected provisioning of tray visibility information. This impacted all records from 10/28 to 11/26 for mailers subscribing to Mail.XML push and pull messaging. ETR# 107493 has been logged for this issue and the fix is being deployed on Monday, November 26, 2012. Data provisioning to mailers will resume normal service on Tuesday 11/27. Distribution of tray visibility data for the outage period (10/28 to 11/26) will gradually be replayed starting Wednesday 11/28 and is planned to complete by 12/17. During the investigation, an additional issue was identified, not related to the 10/28 release. The issue involved multiple tray visibility records with the same identifier preventing the data provisioning, which has been resolved allowing the data to be provisioned as stated above. To resolve the issue, the retention period of the tray visibility records was adjusted to match the PostalOne! 45 day retention period and aged records were purged.
