GMC Software Technology, a leader in customer communications and output management solutions, today announced that the company is showcasing Inspire HybridMail, a next-generation, mail management and automation software solution at Post-Expo 2012. The event takes place on 18-20 September in Brussels, Belgium and the Inspire HybridMail demonstration will be presented in stand 4000.

"The manual process for mailing unstructured documents is costing enterprises millions every year" said ZbynÄk Hodic, Chief Technical Officer at GMC Software Technology. "Inspire HybridMail provides the answer to a more controlled mailing process that allows staff to be more productive and businesses to reduce mailing costs by 60%."

Using the solution, enterprises can streamline unstructured customer correspondences created by staff that are otherwise unchecked and unaccounted for. As a result businesses can reduce mailing costs, increase staff productivity and control risks associated with postal and email based communication.

"As a leading print service provider, we are committed to ensuring that we add value and reduce costs throughout the mailing process for our enterprise clients," said Vincent Jouault, Director of Innovation, DataOne. "Inspire HybridMail together with DataOne's unrivalled expertise has allowed our clients to significantly reduce their internal administrative costs, while also improving staff productivity and removing risks on business critical communications".

Recently Group Joos, a certified GMC customer and the largest postal independent print service provider in Belgium, selected GMC's Inspire HybridMail solution. Following their continued success in traditional offline solutions, the company will be using Inspire HybridMail to expand their online offering and drive more value for their clients.

Inspire HybridMail is a web-based software solution that collects ad-hoc desktop correspondence created by individuals and converts those mails into an industrial format. It then consolidates, sorts and securely sends the correspondence to the businesses' chosen service provider or any centralized production facility to be printed and posted. Inspire HybridMail also tracks exactly where every mail is in the mailing process, reporting the status back to the user and providing management with reportsdetailing cost saving, volume printed, undelivered items and more.

For staff, the standard process of printing documents does not change. When using the solution, staff simply direct allprint to the Inspire HybridMail solution, which then automatically triggers the collecting, sending and tracking process. As a result, the solution eliminates the need for individuals to go through the entire mailing process themselves and enables staff to focus on their core competencies.
