Although the proliferation of digital marketing techniques has changed the way consumers research and complete their shopping decisions, direct mail is still a major source of information for many people, according to a new ebook from Google.

In a recent survey of more than 5,000 adults' shopping habits, the Google Shopper Sciences Macro Research Study looked at how more than 50 media sources - such as internet searches, traditional advertising and retail store channels - impact shoppers' decision-making processes. Read more!
