The Neopost USA/WSCA/NASPO contract is open to all 50 States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico as well as any entity eligible to utilize a State Contract, with the permission of its States Chief Procurement Official. Cooperative purchasing benefits states as well as cities, counties, public schools and institutions of higher education as it offers a purchasing solution that satisfies most competitive bid requirements. The term of the contract is for two years beginning October 12, 2011 through October 12, 2013.
